Why Doesn T My Airpod Pro Case Charge. They stop at 98. Is there a trick to it Im missing.
Fixing the charging issue for AirPods doesnt involve rocket science. I did contact apple customer service once and they suggested to bring it to an apple. When you connect your MagSafe Charging Case or Wireless Charging Case to a charger or place it on a Qi-certified charging mat the status light will stay on for 8 seconds.
If they do charge I suspect your charging case is to blame.
Sometimes Ill get the sheet close the battery case lid then reopen it and the sheet wont reappear. Put both AirPods in your ears. I dont know if this is a software issue where it cant tell its charged or a problem with the headphone. With the AirPods charging in the case and the case an inch or two away from the phone.
